In 2012 we reaquired a second smaller flat
(Flat 2, on the first floor underneath Flat 1). Flat 2 is light and airy. It has two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen
and shower-room, and sleeps four plus two on a futon sofa-bed. It has an outside seating area for your exclusive use.
Nearby parking included (allocated space in private Undercliffe car park a few
yards up Cobb Hill). Additional spaces may be booked at the same car park (contact details available).

Accomodation. Flat 2 is on the first floor.
There is one step from the kitchen up into the lounge which enables better views of the harbour while sitting down.
Double room. Twin bedroom. Lounge including double futon sofa-bed. Kitchen with table for dining. Shower room. The Flat is
kitted out with everything for six people, although elbow room at the table or on the sofas will be limited if everyone sits
down at the same time! There is not room for a travel cot in the twin bedroom but it would fit into the double room or
and parking is available after 3.00pm on your day of arrival and we request you to vacate by 11.00am on the day of departure.
lounge and double bedroom overlook Cobb Square and the Harbour and are above the Harbour Stores. The kitchen and twin bedroom
are at the rear and look towards Monmouth Beach. The views from these two rear rooms are slightly obscured by the steps to
the top floor.
