Location. Harbour House is situated in Cobb Square at the bottom
of Cobb Hill beside the Harbour and the start of the famous Cobb. A mere stonesthrow from the beach. The flats are above the
Harbour Stores and Ice Cream Parlour overlooking the hustle and bustle of the Cobb and Harbour area. A level walk of
a few minutes will take you along Marine Parade (the seafont) to the bottom of Broad Street in the main town. Or there is
a steeper walk up throught the gardens to the top of Broad Street.
The views. The lounge and double bedroom are above the shop
fronts and overlook Cobb Square, the Harbour. Lyme Bay and Golden Cap. The twin bedroom and kitchen at the rear look towards
the beach huts and out over Monmouth beach. The bathroom and bunk room look towards the next door building (and although you
can see the sea from these rooms you wouldn't call it a view!).
